This video is designed to help you get started with sliding tricks, in particular the hand drag. This trick is known as a hand drag or hand plant. Most people call the rotation a back roll. Some call it a 360 or other naming. This trick is more accessible than people think, and I've tried to show the ways you can learn this trick with the least strain on the body. Hope it helps. Alex
