In this episode I will be visiting one of my favorite places in Brazil! Caraíva is a village at a River mouth, in the State of Bahia in Brazil. The village is replete with cool hotels of any kind of styles and also amazing restaurants around. This is a small village where there is no cellular service and no cars. Everything you do there is by foot and definitely the village has no rush on anything. With many days of wind, this village is not just worth it to visit for its beauty and vibe but also for kitesurf. Most of the days of the year the conditions are perfect for hydrofoil and many other days the conditions are good for twiptip. I definitely suggest you bring your big kite if you are going to visit Caraíva (also take a look at the forecast before) because kiting there will fulfill your entire trip. Tudo o que você faz lá é a pé e definitivamente a vila não tem pressa para nada, afinal você está na Bahia meu rei! Com muitos dias de vento, não só vale ir para esse paraíso para conhecer, mas também para a prática de kitesurf. Na maioria dos dias do ano as condições são perfeitas para hidrofólio e muitos outros dias as condições são boas para bidirecional. Definitivamente, eu sugiro que você leve seu kite grande se for visitar Caraíva (veja também a previsão antes de ir) porque o kite vai dar um up em toda a sua viagem.
