Kiteboarding: Front Roll in 3 Sessions
The Frontroll is a fundamental kiteboarding trick that lays the groundwork for more advanced moves. This tutorial breaks it into three sessions to help you build muscle memory and confidence step by step. Start with flat 360s to learn the rotation, progressively add inversion by tucking your front knee and dropping your head, then commit fully to the roll while keeping your body tight. Key tips include jumping before rotating, keeping the kite low, spotting your landing, and letting the kite pull you out of the spin. With repetition and patience, the frontroll will become second nature.
